A while back, I wrote a post about online reviews and the fact that, now, your driver or host can rate you right back. Yes, indeed. Today’s reviews cut both ways.
Since I have the inside skinny, I thought you might like to see what the "other side" looks like. So, here are some screen shots of the review process from the "driver’s" side.
Interesting to note: nearly all of these review systems have a way for the entrepreneur to rate their fare/ employer / guest without that person seeing the review. In other words, there’s a way to kvetch about the consumer without fear of repercussion. Plus, an algorithm adjusts that consumer’s buying options in the future. Fascinating, no?
